The guest speaker at this free Web seminar will be Paul Iske, Senior Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer of ABN AMRO. Dr. Iske is one of the initiators of the ABN AMRO Knowledge Management Forum, a cross-divisional community of practice that aims to increase the awareness for and the impact of KM activities.

Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Dr. Iske was at Shell Research where he was involved in establishing and leveraging relationships with external research institutes, as well as in the knowledge transfer between the research and technical service divisions.

Dr. Iske will discuss his perspective on the value of Employee Knowledge Networks, and present a case study of the development of ABN AMRO's knowledge strategy and the process they went through to select a solution provider.
