Tadashi Tanimoto, Chief Executive Officer
Tadashi launched Real Communications (now REALCOM INC.) in April, 2000 after spending 6 years in Silicon Valley, where he was a corporate strategy, venture and cross-border alliances consultant serving high-tech and life sciences clients. He is well-versed in venture capital, venture business and corporate partnerships.
Prior to his stint in Silicon Valley, he was with Booz Allen Hamilton Japan, where he served Japanese and multi-national clients in consumer goods, high-tech and pharmaceutical industries on corporate strategy and operational improvement projects.
For his efforts with REALCOM, Tadashi was selected Finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Award, Japan 2005. He holds an MBA from Keio Business School, and also spent a term at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania under an exchange program.

Udai Shekawat, Chief Operating Officer
Udai Shekawat is chief operating officer of AskMe Corporation, a multi-million dollar enterprise software company that
provides Employee Knowledge Network software solutions to many of the world's leading Fortune 1000 companies, including Ford Motor
Company, Honeywell International, Proctor & Gamble, Gerber (a subsidiary of Novartis), ABN AMRO Bank, among others.
With an extensive background in ERP, CRM, knowledge management and collaboration software, Udai recognized the tremendous unmet need of
connecting employees with business problems to employees with solutions and pioneered "Employee Knowledge Networks," a
new class of software that is enabling today's leading Global 2000 organizations to gain significant business value by leveraging the
intellectual assets of their employees.
He founded AskMe Corporation in 1999 and in just three short years, led the company from inception to profitability, effectively navigating
AskMe through the dot-com fallout that destroyed the majority of technology start-ups. His strong leadership and incessant
focus on delivering customer value have established AskMe as the undisputed category leader based on the company's strong list of
blue-chip customers and financial condition.
Prior to founding AskMe Corporation, Udai provided strategic guidance as a senior technology consultant to industry giants that include SAP,
Microsoft, Oracle, HP, Yahoo and AOL, where he was instrumental in helping to develop their product, marketing, direct sales and
channel strategies. Udai is a frequent industry spokesperson. Udai is a graduate of Stanford University.

Anil Kumar, Vice President of Field
Anil joined AskMe Corporation in January 2000. He has been highly involved in the design and development of AskMe Enterprise and managed implementations at a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Honeywell, Pfizer and Novartis. Anil has also worked on developing AskMe's professional services methodology for implementation of AskMe Enterprise.
Prior to joining AskMe, Anil worked at Microsoft Corporation where he was a lead developer on the Windows2000 family of products. Prior to Microsoft, Anil worked at Siemens A.G developing software for telecommunication access networks. Anil holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Steve Eisner, Vice President of Engineering
Steve joined AskMe Corporation in January of 2000. As Vice President of Engineering, Steve oversees all AskMe product development efforts. Under Steve's watch, AskMe Enterprise has become the most advanced and most used system in the expertise management space.
Prior to AskMe, Steve spent 8 years in Microsoft Research, where he worked directly for Microsoft's Chief Architect developing more intuitive and powerful programming languages and development tools.
Steve holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA.
