AskMe Corporation Holds Successful Customer Conference |

AskMe Corporation, the leader in Expertise Management software, held its September 2004 Customer Conference at the Alexis Hotel in Seattle, WA. This annual event was a huge success; customers from companies like Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Pfizer and Honeywell, among others, all flew in for the conference to discuss AskMe's product roadmap and strategies to maximize value.
Topics covered during the two-day idea and knowledge exchange ranged from usage and adoption strategies, business application tools, to product planning and vision. Participants, such as the U.S. Department of Commerce and Gerber Products Company, also shared their experiences with conference attendees on their deployment approach and the benefits they derived from using AskMe Enterprise. The open discussion forum allowed customers to ask in-depth questions of one another and of the AskMe team, as well as brainstorm innovative ideas to drive increased business value. "The conference was very well organized, fun, and filled with smart people with smart ideas," said Laura McCall, Program Manager from U.S. Department of Commerce. "It was especially useful to meet and chat with other customers..turns out that many of us have the same experiences from using AskMe," adds Linda Moore of Gerber Products. "The conference will serve as a good starting point to continue our discussions going forward." Krystyna Hommen from Creo also agreed that the conference launched an invaluable learning platform.
